GePS detects ISH signals using an automated image segmentation algorithm, which detects signals in individual grids (200 × 200 pixel grids, approx 500 × 500 µm) and averages the entire grid area's signal intensity to obtain positive and negative results. The anatomical location of the position indicator on the reference atlas was then transferred to a grid position on a selected ISH data plane.
How to use: First, move the magenta cursor, click the magnifier, and the search result will show up in the table below.
Next, export search results to the expression table by clicking the "export data to Gene expression Table" (shows up in a separate window). To add more gene expression search results, select a new area in the first window (this page, left image), click the magnifier, and click the "export data to Gene expression Table" again. Merged expression results will display in the other window.
