Our goal is to establish a genome-wide, high-resolution
atlas of the gene expression throughout the common
marmoset (Callithrix jacchus) brain. We employ in situ hybridization (ISH)
analysis to systematically analyze changes in gene
expression over the course of postnatal brain
development to adult stage. We anticipate that these
data will provide sufficient information to develop tools that
allow us to reveal primate specific brain structure,
function and connectivity.
How to use MGA data in your papers and talks.
